I bought my first car here back in 2007-2008. Ever since then 98% of the service done on my car has been done here in Manchester. They have always been very friendly and accommodating. There have been a couple of times when I’ve put off work on my car and they were able to see me within 24hrs of calling for an appointment when I noticed something wrong with my car.
I’ve worked with several different mechanics there over the years, usually always the same team though, and have only good things to say about them all!

The service I received on my 7 yr old Nissan Versa was top notch. The people working at Team Nissan really are a team working to provide customers an excellent experience. The service consultant Ken Singelais is a professional who makes you feel at ease. The maintenance performed by Patrick Hopkins was in timely manner and attention to detail. I also like the automobile status report received on the work performed. It is a professional presentation and easy to understand. Team Nissan went above and beyond and this type of service is very important once you’ve owned the vehicle over time. Thanks Team Nissan!

Stopped in to get advice on how to change out a light bulb on my 2006 Altima (this is not as straightforward as you think) Expected to have to wait, etc. They told me to pull car into the shop, showed me how to change out the bulb (I already had the bulb, they didn’t even get the sale!), and made sure it was done correctly. Turns out, wasn’t even the bulb, was the wire that was corroded. They fixed that (cut off corroded piece and put new one on), got me on my way in about 15 minutes. They did NOT have to do that, but they did. This is excellent service. I would go back here, and would recommend you do too!

I grew up in New Hampshire and my family has been buying our cars from Team Nissan for years (they used to be at their old location back then). More than 20 years later we are still buying our cars from Team and using their 5 star service department. The service department never tries to pressure us into paying for service that we don’t need! Even though I moved to Virginia years ago, I still buy my cars from Team Nissan. And whenever I am home visiting family I always schedule an appointment at the service department to keep up to date on my scheduled maintenance and oil changes. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else!
